5'11" - 187 lbs
Chosen in the seventh round of the 2009 OHL Priority Selection by the Rangers, Ming played the 2009-10 season with the Cornwall Colts Junior A. He tallied 20 goals and 36 assists in 49 games.
Ming uses his skating ability to get in on the forcheck, and despite his size, he forechecks hard and is an extremely hard worker. He has soft hands and is a very good playmaker. He's lethal and deceptive in front of the net. Very hard to contain and get off of the puck.
Ming plays a power style offensive game with a dab of finesse added for good measure. The only thing that may hold him back from taking it to the next level is his size, although he did add some bulk in the offseason.
