Justin Sefton

Justin Sefton - Sudbury Wolves
6'3" - 200 lbs

The big, tough and yet skilled defenseman is in his second season with the Wolves. Last season he appeared in 65 games scoring once and adding 6 assists to go along with 83 penaly minutes.

He describes himself as fast and physical and tried to model himself after Dion Phaneuf.

Before joining the Wolves, he had moved away from his Thunder Bay home to attend Notre Dame Prep school, located in a small town outside of Regina. The highly regarded institution has an alumni of great players such as Vincent Lecavalier, Brad Richards and Rod Brind’Amour.

The 5th overall pick in the 2009 OHL Priority Draft has been playing with his big body for a while already. While most players his age go through growth spurts at this level and trying to get accustomed to it, Sefton is already over 200 lbs and uses his 6'3" body to throw some thunderous checks.

There aren't too many that want to mix it up with number 3.
