Not to make it sound like there is a concussion every game, because there isn't. But we can add Ryan Murphy to the list of growing names that have recieved a concussion.
Murphy took a high hit to the face last night in which the referee hesitated fr a 3 count and then called a high sticking minor. Murphy himself says it was an elbow.
The league will most certainly review this but video evidence may prove to be inconclusive. The referee however, was right there and any decission may be concluded based on what he has to say.

While the Kitchener Rangers battle the Ottawa 67's tomorrow, Murphy is back in Kitchener getting medical attention today. No indication was given on his possible return date.
