Since i posted my thoughts on how important character is, I've been getting emails about Kabanov and his not reporting to the Maineiacs since he was traded.
It's because he is still waiting for his immigration papers and has nothing to do with his character. Now, I'm not saying he doesn't have issues, but this is not one of them.
Now, when Maineiacs coach J. F. Houle says they will need to work with Kabanov, and Kabanov will need to work with them, you are forced to ask some questions. But the delay is bureaucratic red tape, and that's all.
