During the season, Welch LLP will be providing awards to the Ottawa 67's players who have enjoyed success at school . Each month from October to February, one player will be selected to receive the award. The candidate must demonstrate commitment to school (attendance, attitude, etc), have good to excellent academic achievement and must be enrolled in two or more courses each semester. A cheque for $100.00 will be presented on the ice at a home game on October 22, November 19, December 17, January 21 and February 18.
