6'1" - 170 lbs
J. C. is a gritty two way player with the ability to score and is willing to fight. He skates well, gets to those areas where he needs to use his size and battles hard.
J. C. will really need to add some bulk, but will probably not be known as a power forward by definition in the NHL. He would probably be best utilized as a third line checker that can grind it out and add the occassional goal.
Last year in his rookie season for the Sting he recorded 7 goals and 14 points along with 49 PIM in 59 games.
