Luke Hietkamp, Peterborough Petes
He’s a second round pick with big power forward potential written all over him. He’s a good skater and has offensive potential. In 50 games for the Elgin-Middlesex Chiefs he recorded 26 goals and 29 assists.
For the Pete’s as a rookie, he didn’t exactly get a lot of ice time and in 54 games he registered 4 goals and 2 assists. He only appeared in 2 of the Pete’s playoff games going pointless in those 2 games. He was a scratch in the other games. His ice time and production will surely go up in 2010-11.
